Women’s Walk

We are now offering a women’s history tour through downtown St. John’s. The history of women’s contributions to the social, economic, political, cultural and domestic life of Newfoundland and Labrador is the subject of this walk. With this tour, we intend to increase public knowledge and awareness of women’s contributions to our province in a format that is accessible and fun. This walk lasts for 2 hours in total, and includes visits to 30 historic homes or establishments. Please see our Facebook page for the walk’s dates and times.
